Arca Polimeri is committed to supporting the humanitarian objective of ending violence and human rights violations in extracting certain minerals, also called “Conflict Minerals,” from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighbouring countries.

The EPA prohibits the manufacture, processing, distribution, and importation of substances (PBTs) listed in TSCA Section 6(h) unless their use is specifically exempted. Arca Polimeri commits not to use any of these substances in its product formulation.

These substances resist biodegrading when used and can accumulate in the environment, posing health risks. Arca Polimeri commits not to use these substances in its product formulation.
