Arca Polimeri S.r.l. and the User are independent data controllers. The information provided below refers to Arca Polimeri S.r.l. and the User, who are to be considered separate and independent legal entities and are individually responsible.

1. Source of Personal Data: Arca Polimeri S.r.l. and the User process the data entered through the completion of the “information request” form as independent data controllers.

2. Sensitive Data: The consent that Arca Polimeri S.r.l. and the User of the site request does not concern sensitive data.

3. Purpose of Data Processing:

A) The provision of your personal data is always optional; however, in the absence of completion of the fields marked as mandatory, the services or part thereof present on this site cannot be provided. The provision of data not marked as “mandatory” will allow us to improve the services offered on this site in order to make them increasingly responsive to the interests of users.

The user has the right to express or deny consent to the processing of their personal data for the pursuit of these purposes.

4. Duration of Processing: The processing will last no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected.

5. Data Processing Methods: Personal data is processed manually and electronically, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.

6. Data Recipients: Arca Polimeri S.r.l. and the User of the site may communicate the personal data provided to the following categories of subjects: companies that provide document archiving services; accounting and auditing firms, and in general, all those who carry out assistance and professional consultancy activities on their behalf, necessary for the provision of services on the site to the user. The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories, to whom the data may be communicated, will use the data as “data controllers” pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Code, in full autonomy, being external to the original processing carried out by Arca Polimeri S.r.l. or the User of the site. Employees and collaborators of Arca Polimeri S.r.l. or the User may become aware of the data as “data processors” or “persons in charge of processing”.

Rights under Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code: The user has the right to obtain from Arca Polimeri S.r.l. and the User of the site, as independent data controllers, confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form; the indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of the processing, the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, and the identity of the data controllers or categories of data controllers to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as data processors or persons in charge of the processing; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if you so request, the integration of the data.
