Thanks to a constantly growing laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation and staffed by specialised technicians, Arca Polimeri can completely characterise all materials purchased, produced, and distributed.
Quality Control
At Arca Polimeri, our in-house laboratory seamlessly integrates into our production process, underscoring our unwavering commitment to quality control. This integration allows us to provide our customers with continuous technical support and maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring that every product we deliver meets our stringent quality criteria.
Control analyses are carried out both on incoming raw materials and on all batches of processed or produced materials.
Thanks to this laboratory, almost all the physico-mechanical and chemical characteristics present in the technical data sheets of Arca Polimeri products are measured and validated internally without the assistance or support of external entities.
Research and Development
The Arca Polimeri R&D team, consisting of highly specialised individuals, is at the forefront of innovation. They are engaged in two key areas: developing new formulations and ‘tailor-made’ products to expand our already extensive range of over 700 active recipes and continuously enhancing existing processes and materials.

Analysis Service
In addition to internal use, the laboratory is also available for moulding of standardised specimens and third-party analysis. Most tests follow the primary international reference standards (ISO, UNI, and ASTM). Other reference standards can be evaluated with the customer for specific and customisable tests.
Accredited bodies calibrate and control the instrumentation annually to provide accurate and reliable results. The two partners that carry out the annual calibration of our instruments are:
